Matterport 360 Degree Walkthrough Tours
Transporting buyers into your front room from the comfort of their home. This super advancement in technology is not on offer anywhere else locally. We come to your home and build a special ‘dolls house’ using this powerful camera, we take the buyer through a journey of the house, with highlights noted throughout the way. In today’s world, at home viewing can be essential for people who are vulnerable or shielding. For those that aren’t, they can sit back and imagine their sofa in the living room and artwork on the walls.
High Quality Photography
We’ve got a top of the line camera that is used by the top real estate agencies worldwide. During the visit, we will snap stills of every room and highlight, and we take it back to the office where some minor editing is added to show your home in the best light.
Drone Footage
See your property from the sky! Here we can showcase the roof, the garden and the surrounding area from a different angle altogether. (Not available for homes under a flight path or certain military controlled areas) We piece together a short video and photographs to go up alongside the other marketing bits on your listing.
PDF Brochures
We’ve ditched wasteful printing wherever necessary, instead opting for a beautifully designed, modern brochure that we list with the imagery, and send to our database and potential buyers. The brochure allows us to get a little more into depth, explaining the best features, and top reasons to buy your property. No 1 page flyers that are unattractive to the eye - we want to capture the vision of the buyer and our brochure is another great way to do so.
MLS (Multi Listing Sites)
Here’s where we spread the word (the reallllly important bit). We’re signed up with rightmove and zoopla and primeloction the top 3 performing property sites in the UK. We could just stick with the 3 big players, but we add your property to a number of other property site, just to be sure that all bases are covered.
Signage
We’ll erect our classy KOG Estates ‘For Sale’ sign at your property. What makes our sign different? We add a QR code to the sign, making it as easy as holding us a camera phone to access all information about the property.

We offer flexible viewing at the time when potential buyers are more likely to want to visit the house in person.

Many buyers work a 9-5 job, so it’s important that we are available on weekends and evenings. We have found that there are a lot of keen buyers who have seen the listing and want to view at short notice (we get it, we’re impatient like that too!).

We ask you to be clear in when you can and can’t accept viewings, and we totally respect that the house is still your home, so we will work around you. Always.

During viewings we ask that if at all possible you leave the home whilst we tour the potential buyers around. This gives them the chance to speak freely and ask questions they may not be comfortable to do in the homeowners presence.

We conduct all of the viewings. Unlike other agencies, we will never ask you to conduct a viewing. We come with information for the buyer, and our experience in showing houses is second to only the tour guides in the Louvre.

We will come to your house and do a walkthrough with you, asking lots of questions and ensuring that we have all the answers for potential buyers. Knowledge is key when selling a property, and sometimes it’s the smaller details that can entice a buyer into making an offer.

We have the ‘Rolls Royce’ of real estate, our matterport device. This device is like a 360 camera which will map out the property room by room creating desirable imagery for potential buyers no matter where in the world they are.
