Omar Ghalwsh has over 14 years experience in real estate. Hailing originally from Egypt, Omar began selling properties as an independent consultant. A taste for real estate led Omar to the U.A.E. where he quickly became the top seller at Azizi developments, propelling him to Management within his first 6 months of working at the company.

With a team of over 60 agents working under him, Omar and his team were selling over £50 million monthly to clients around the world.

At the height of his career, Omar joined Trafalgar where he was in charge of UK land and property sales.

Omar moved over to the UK with his wife Kimberley & family in 2019, having acquired Caer Beris Manor. Since then, the family have been running and improving the business as they still do today.

Omar wanted to start KOG estates to continue his passion for selling, and after seeing a gap within the UK market for an ‘American’ style of selling which essentially consists of the agent working very hard to get the desired results! It may sound simple, but after a tough time with agents looking for properties himself, Omar put his money where his mouth is to open KOG where he wants to bring hard work, honesty and transparency into UK real estate.

Kimberley Ghalwash changed her career in her mid twenties when she moved to Egypt. Working with Al Dau Developments, she worked closely with the Chairman learning the ins and outs of development and hospitality. During her time at Al Dau, Kimberley became a leasing assistant working with the head of leasing to secure leases for a new shopping centre.

Moving to the U.A.E, Kimberley began working at Dhabi One, an international investment company owned by Sheikn Nahyan. She went on to work at Kingdom Hotels investments, learning again another stream of investing in property & business Management.

Kimberley has a passion for design above all, using her skills in KOG estates to create videos and marketing materials for the company and properties. Kim recognised Omar’s talent as a salesman 10 years ago, and knows that once he’s let loose in the UK real estate market he will amaze all and she will support him change the face of the industry one property at a time.

Jade is an essential KOG at the company, keeping us in line and ensuring that the T’s are crossed and I’s dotted. Jade enjoys working with customers, engaging them with her playful and jovial personality instantly putting people at ease (ourselves included!) Jade has a passion for website design and helps the team day to day.

Seb is a one of a kind Gentleman. His passion for making people smile extends right across into his real estate career which he’s incredibly excited to be learning. Seb works in the Medical industry in his day to day, and has been eagerly learning from Omar the in’s and out’s of real estate. Apart from being a super happy chappy, Seb understands the industry after recently going through a hellish purchase himself. Seb wants to work towards changing the industry offering everyone an enjoyable experience when purchasing or selling their home. Honest and trustworthy, Seb is a fantastic addition to the KOG team.
