The lodge has 2 bedrooms each of good size to fit a double bed in bedroom 1, and a triple bunk in bedroom 2.

The lodge is offered fully furnished and includes everything you need to walk in and go.

Kitchen

A brand-new kitchen space offers a built-in microwave, Built in oven with 4 burned hob, slimline dishwasher, all crockery, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses and more.

The island offers a perfect space for the family to sit around day or night with plenty of hidden storage space and 5 gas lift bar stools.

The antler chandelier is the centrepiece for the room as you enter the cabin and kitchen area.

Living Room

The sofa will not be included in the purchase, but the living area offers a cosy space with an electric fireplace and huge tv.

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious and offers a large corner quadrant shower with rainfall head, corner toilet, towel rail and vanity area with a light up touch screen mirror.

Bedroom 1

Access to a private door leading into the decking area. It has antler wall lights, a dressing table with light up mirror and a double pine frame bed. The bedroom has a wall fixed tv.

Bedroom 2

The unique triple bunk with a double bed on the bottom and single on the top. A small wardrobe, dressing table and mirror are also in the room along with a wall fixed TV.

All the items in the lodge are brand new, used for a handful of times only.

The park itself is situated in Builth Wells, Powys. Set amongst a backdrop of some of the countries most beautiful wilderness and walks. Ideal for adventure lovers or people who like to relax in the fresh country air.

The park is connected via a swing bridge to Caer Beris Manor Hotel who allow guests of the lodge park to use their grounds for walks and picnic's, they also have a bar.

The town is a 20-minute walk or a 5 minute drive with plenty of pubs and cafes, and a quaint height street for shopping.
